This bag features exclusive treatments and finishes,  is handcrafted with top-quality leathers in respect of the workers and the environment.  Due to the nature of these leathers and production methods, no two bags are exactly alike - differences in color, grain and markings are unique to each handbag. 

To best care, when not in use, store your handbag in the protective dust bag. Keep in a cool, dry environment. Avoid contact with liquids, excessive temperatures and over exposure to sunlight. Please note that surface abrasion may occur with everyday use. In the event your handbag gets soiled, gently dab the leather with a clean dry cloth. Clean by leather professional only.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. If you experience any issues with your product during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. To make a claim under our warranty, simply contact our customer service team and provide proof of purchase.

Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, our warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
